According to law enforcement officials, the man, who was a senior employee of one of the trading companies in Izhevsk, prepared false documents about the inflated cost of the services provided. He was charged under section 3, section 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – “Fraud”.
The accused admitted his guilt. The Pervomaisky Court of Izhevsk sentenced the man to 4.5 years of probation with a probationary period of 3.6 years. The verdict came into force.
