Starting at 8 am on April 1, Izhevsk residents will again pay for parking; The administration announced the end of the moratorium on its payment, which lasted two and a half months. Recall that it was introduced due to heavy snowfall and the city could not cope with cleaning paid parking spaces.
Izhevsk car owners will pay for a seat from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00. The cost per hour is the same – 35 rubles.
We also note that the city authorities have announced changes to the operation of parking lots, but it is not yet clear when they will come into effect.
In addition, the Supreme Court of Udmurtia is considering a case in which a resident of Izhevsk is trying to challenge fines for non-payment of such parking lots.
The paid parking system became operational in the city in February 2023.
