According to the Regional General Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, on May 19 at 1:30 p.m. a message was received about a fire in Bolshevik Lane from service 112. By 2:42 p.m. the fire was already located. There were no victims.
The facade of the building was on fire. When the first fire brigade arrived, the burning area was about 300 square meters.
The increased range of fire was declared automatically. More than a hundred emergency workers were on the scene, 23 teams were involved.
According to the regional department of the Russian Interior Ministry, 80 people were evacuated from the hotel. The territory of the hotel was cordoned off until the fire was completely extinguished.
