The Yelizovo city prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the fall of a child from a roof, the regional prosecutor’s office’s press service reports. According to preliminary data, two schoolchildren climbed into the old building, climbed onto the roof, and part of the roof collapsed under one of them. The child fell and was injured when he fell from a height. The child was taken to hospital by ambulance.
During the inspection, the prosecutor will determine why the children freely entered the building, and will also assess compliance with the legislation on preventing the abandonment of minors.
