According to the case file, on May 17, 2020, a Khabarovsk resident drank alcohol in an apartment on Artemovskaya Street. The woman was there, sleeping. At some point, the man had a jealous rage. Taking advantage of the defenseless state of the cohabitant, he took her to the balcony and threw her out. He died when he fell from the eighth floor.
“As a result of the investigative proceedings, an evidentiary base was collected that allowed a man to be charged with an alleged crime,” reported the regional Investigative Commission of the Investigative Commission.
Initially, the murder defendant was acquitted by the verdict of the district court on the basis of the verdict of the jury. The prosecutor filed an appeal and the case was retried. The Khabarovsk Industrial District Court, on the basis of a new jury decision, found the man guilty.
