According to preliminary data, the incident occurred on July 4 on the sports field of one of the apartment buildings. While walking, the boy pulled out a BB gun and shot an 11-year-old boy in the face.
“The child was taken to a medical facility for examination and medical care; there is no danger to his life,” the Investigative Committee of the Novosibirsk Region Investigative Committee reported.
Investigators are establishing the full circumstances of the incident.
