As of 9:00 a.m. local time (5:00 a.m. Moscow time) on August 25, 765 houses were still without power, mainly from the private sector in the Leninsky district. Power is scheduled to be restored at 12:00 local time (8:00 Moscow time), according to the municipal power outage portal.
