The apartment building is located at 12 Tsentralnaya Street, in the Aviaport microdistrict.
As reported by RG’s content partner Ulus.Media, the apartment building is subject to emergency situations throughout the year.
“The pipes will burst or the septic tank will freeze,” the message says.
The scene of the incident was visited by the heads of the Verkhoyansk district and the village of Batagaya. During the field work, it was decided to urgently relocate the residents and disconnect the house from communications. The people were offered temporary accommodation in rooms of the Arktika Centre dormitories.
