Even that day they invited mothers of disabled children. While drinking tea, the guests shared their problems and, together with a specialist, tried to find ways to solve them. These women’s clubs in employment centers of the Orenburg region already operate in all municipalities of the region.
The first twenty opened at the end of last year. The project has already demonstrated its relevance. As the regional Ministry of Labor and Employment said, the main objective set by the organizers was to improve the quality of life of women. “Realize yourself!” in Adamovka, “Constellation” in Saraktash, “Yasny” in Yasny, “Aurora” in Tyulgan, “Inspiration” in Oktyabrsky, “Together to success” in Tashla, “Vector of success” in Perevolotsk, “Novaya” in Buguruslan – All of these and other women’s clubs in the region were conceived as platforms for communication, generation of ideas, development of talents and, of course, acquisition of new knowledge and skills for a career.
During classes, mentors and experienced experts help participants find answers to the most pressing questions: how to properly plan the family budget, how to increase income and how to change their field of activity. Lastly, sorority is fun. Interesting competitions, marathons and themed breakfasts are held here.
“The club was created to bring together completely different women, each with their own unique life experience,” explained the Minister of Labor and Employment of the Orenburg region, Nailya Iskhakova. “All of them are united by the desire to develop and achieve more. It is conceived as a point of attraction for those who aim for professional and personal self-realization, for those who are interested in the development opportunities of their family and their children. “
Thus, recently a master class on amigurami was organized for the residents of Novotroitsk – this is the Japanese art of creating knitted toys using special technology. In the Abdulino regional center, club participants received advice on women’s health issues from gynecologist Anna Dorofeeva. In the Oktyabrsky district, psychologist Olga Benda held a training in which visitors were able to analyze different areas of their lives.

Within the framework of the comprehensive modernization of the employment service and thanks to the national project “Demography”, a new project for the creation and development of women’s clubs on the basis of the personnel centers “Labor of Russia” was launched.
The centers pay special attention to women who want to return to work after a long break. Specialists from the employment service conduct seminars, master classes and training. They find work and help you open your own business.
The clubs have a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Participants help each other solve urgent problems, support each other in difficult times and do not let each other get discouraged. And specialists provide psychological support. These clubs already operate in 46 regions of Russia.
