Creating a single app or website under the auspices of the state, he said, will allow verified organizations and individuals to open rates for specific purposes.
According to the response to the deputy, the relevant departments support the need to ensure the transparency of the charitable sector to combat fraud in the collection of donations, including through digital technologies. This is stated in a response letter on behalf of the Deputy Minister of Digital Development Dmitry Oguryaev. He also cites the position of the Ministry of Economic Development, where information campaigns among the population and the improvement of the complaint mechanism for organizations that collect aid are also considered important. The ministries announced their willingness to discuss additional measures to promote the transparency of charitable activities.
