As RIA Novosti reports, citing the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Sakhalin region, the car barely touched the teenagers. They drove together across the zebra crossing, without getting off the scooter.
The traffic police explained to the children the danger of this type of behaviour on the roads and reminded them of the importance of respecting traffic rules. The girls were handed over to their parents.
