The tragedy occurred on the night of March 4 at kilometer 37 of the road. A Mercedes-Benz car and a domestic minibus collided. The driver of the foreign car was killed, five passengers and the driver of the Sobol were hospitalized, according to the Sochi traffic police.
According to the agency, at 10:35 p.m., the 47-year-old driver of the passenger car lost control on a rounded section of wet road and merged into the oncoming lane. There he collided with a minibus.
– The driver and five passengers of the Sobol car, as well as the driver of the Mercedes car, were taken to a medical facility. The driver of the Mercedes vehicle died of his injuries at the hospital, according to the report.
