Carriage rides are a popular attraction in St. Petersburg, although it is not entirely clear whether the organizers of such events work in the legal field. Previously, they periodically had questions from utility employees because animals leave tracks on the city’s historic streets.
The incident with the horse, which at some point was uncontrollable, highlighted another problem: the safety of passers-by, since the carriages are parked in the pedestrian zone.
