The tragedy occurred last night on Raskolnikov Street in the complex 38 of the motor city. According to eyewitnesses, the windows of the apartment on the tenth floor were broken, which is typical for a gas explosion, but the house has no gas supply.
As RG was informed in the republican department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, a criminal case was opened on the fact of murder (Part 1, Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
– Several versions of what happened are being considered, including suicide. Investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the accident. The necessary examinations have been appointed, – added to the Investigative Committee of the TFR for the Republic of Tatarstan.
The investigation was taken over by the Naberezhnye Chelny prosecutor’s office. In addition to the inspection, the supervisory authority will monitor the provision of conditions for the temporary accommodation of the residents of the house. According to city authorities, some residents have already returned to their apartments; after the incident, hot meals and sleeping places were arranged for them at a nearby school.
