Such a decision will help improve ASEZ’s management system and more effectively create a favorable investment climate in the region.
The three territories had different specializations. In Belogorsk ASEZ, the emphasis was on agro-industrial business and food production. The total investment of residents of this territory has already exceeded 4.4 billion rubles. They created 857 new jobs. At the TOR “Priamurskaya” they work in the field of logistics. Its residents invested more than 3.4 billion rubles in its projects and created more than 500 new jobs. The main areas of work at Svobodny ASEZ are gas chemistry and the production of building materials. The volume of investments amounted to more than 1.2 trillion rubles and more than 4.6 thousand new jobs were created.
As noted in the Russian government, work on improving the ASEZ management system in the Far East is carried out within the framework of the state program “Socio-economic Development of the Far Eastern Federal District.”
