According to the state traffic inspectorate, on Sunday at around 10:30 p.m., at kilometer 1708 of the federal highway R-255 “Siberia”, a herd of horses crossed the path of a Mercedes-Benz.
“As a result of the accident, the driver and the passenger were taken to a medical facility. Five animals died,” the regional department of the Ministry of the Interior said.
Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident and identifying the owners of the pack.
