The day before it became known about the control, which is being carried out by law enforcement after the appearance on the Internet of a video showing scenes of torture of a schoolboy by a group of alleged companions.
It was established that residents of Dudinka at the age of 12, 14 and 15 repeatedly humiliated a 12-year-old acquaintance at the entrance to the house and filmed what was happening with a mobile phone camera. Subsequently, the recordings were published on social networks.
“One of the adolescents, asking the boy questions that he could not answer, hit him several times with his fist in the face,” said the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee.
In the end it turned out that some of the adolescents that appear in the video were in preventive files, and the legal representatives of the minors were prosecuted, that is, their families are considered dysfunctional. However, the employees of the system for the prevention of abandonment and juvenile delinquency did not take these circumstances into account and did not take appropriate measures. Partly because of this, the torture of a schoolboy by a group of torturers became possible.
The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the investigative department of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to report on the established circumstances of the crime.
