As he wrote on his Telegram channel, the man was taken to the regional hospital in critical condition.
“The doctors did everything they could, but they couldn’t save him,” he added.
The head of the region expressed condolences to the relatives and promised to help them.
Earlier, the authorities reported that during the attack by Ukrainian militants a woman also received shrapnel wounds. Now she is in the hospital.
Recall that the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, where Elizavetovka is located, is periodically shelled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
