The flames were perceived by the neighbors who called the rescuers. According to the investigation, today around five o’clock local time in a private house in the village of Belousovka, Pavlograd district, a fire broke out. A 40-year-old woman and her three daughters, ages two, seven and eight, died.
The father of the children in this was at work, on call. And the eldest son of 10 years was with his grandmother, they said in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the region.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was faulty electrical wiring. The cause of death of people is strong smoke and, as a result, acute poisoning by combustion products.
On-site investigations are currently underway to establish the full circumstances of the incident. The case was initiated under part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Causing death by negligence.”
