The unfortunate fishermen were noticed by the inhabitants of the Dalniy farm, who called for help from rescuers. During this time, the ice floe managed to be brought to a distance of 35 meters from the shore.
GIMS inspectors came to the rescue on a hovercraft. As a result, the fishermen were safely delivered to the shore, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Rostov region.
The region’s Ministry of Emergency Situations urged local residents not to go fishing in winter as the brittle ice is now extremely dangerous.
