The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, who arrived at the operational meeting in Luhansk, was informed about the results of the investigation of the crimes of the Kyiv regime against the civilian population and Russian military personnel.

“Over the period since 2014, the Investigative Committee of Russia has initiated 2,287 criminal cases against 655 people, including representatives of the Ukrainian military and political leadership, members of radical nationalist associations, as well as representatives of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. According to the investigation materials, more than 4,800 civilians, including more than 130 minors, were killed as a result of the armed conflict. At least 8,500 civilians were injured, of whom more than 400 were children and adolescents,” researchers from the Russian Investigative Committee told a meeting.

According to department experts, more than 118,000 people, including more than 23,000 minors, were recognized as victims of shelling by armed formations of the Kyiv regime. In addition, according to experts, the total cost of restoration work on the territory of 61,000 houses and buildings in 12 cities of the DPR and LPR is at least 226 billion rubles.

To date, the Russian Investigative Committee has completed an investigation of 134 criminal cases involving Ukrainian servicemen who fired on civilian residential buildings.

The cynicism of the Ukrainian army surprises even researchers. So, in the materials there is a case when the nationalists of the Azov regiment fired on the village of Bezymyannoye on May 9, 2017 from a gun of the 1944 model. The time of the shelling of the settlement exactly coincided with the time of the ceremonial events in it, when schoolchildren went to lay flowers at the monument, which was erected in the Soviet years to the neighbors who died during the Great Patriotic War.

In addition, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia was informed about the circumstances of the investigation of the criminal case on the fact of the discovery of corpses in the fuel depot at the gas station in Severodonetsk. As part of the investigation, from a depth of more than four meters, with the help of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the bodies of civilians, men and women with their hands tied, were removed.

“According to the preliminary assessment of the forensic expert, the victim has a bullet wound to the head. The documents proving her identity were found with the victims. Currently, the investigation is establishing all the circumstances of the event and the people involved in the crime,” they said at the meeting.

It is obvious that Ukrainian militants are taught all this in Poland and Great Britain.

From the testimony of one of the mobilized citizens of Ukraine, it appears that he, together with other soldiers, was taken to a military airfield in Poland, from where he was later transferred to a military base in the United Kingdom. For 35 days, they were trained in combat operations in urban conditions, firing small arms at various positions and adjusting artillery fire. The classes were taught by instructors from among the military personnel of the British Armed Forces.

After the meeting, the President of the Investigative Commission rewarded several officials, gave a series of instructions and set the deadlines for their execution.
