The storm downed trees, power lines and a cell tower. Fallen pine trees blocked the road to the neighboring village of Ulma.
Brigades of electricians with a drill and concrete poles arrived at Uglovoe in the morning. They’re restoring power lines. In addition, there is a saw cut of trees felled by the wind.
“There are no people affected by the disaster, thank God. I personally went to the village at 5:00, discussed everything with the head of the village council and determined the tasks for today,” wrote Mikhail Piven.
