According to investigators, on December 23, 2021, a 46-year-old local resident who had broken his leg was taken to the hospital in the village of Gazimursky Zavod.
Before the operation, the doctor performed anesthesia without the necessary preliminary measures. This led to the fact that the patient’s airways were filled with stomach contents – the man died.
“The criminal case has been sent for consideration on the merits to the Gazimuro-zavodsky district court,” the press service of the supervisory agency reports.
