According to the joint press service of the regional judicial system, traffic police inspectors detained a man on the night of July 25 on suspicion of violating traffic regulations. It turned out that he was intoxicated (this was confirmed by an express alcohol test) and, moreover, he did not have the right to drive his vehicle.
It is not specified what model the defendant’s vehicle was, but in general the scooters of the same brand are quite powerful and can accelerate up to 45 kilometers per hour. And since March of this year, we remember that to drive a high-speed electric scooter, a gyro scooter or a unicycle it is necessary to have a license, just like a motorcycle or a moped.
The magistrate detained the scooter for 10 days.
