According to the investigative committee of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, the accident occurred on the afternoon of June 9 on Politekhnicheskaya Street and a four-year-old child was injured.
They took him to the hospital. The extent of his injuries will become clear following a forensic examination. A criminal case has been opened over the incident.
“The performance of the employees of the electrical grid company in charge of controlling and maintaining the poles, as well as the officials of the city administration, will be evaluated,” clarifies the press service of the investigative agency.
