According to official statistics, beer has risen in price by 48.6 percent and now costs almost a dollar a pint bottle in US currency terms.
They ask for more than three dollars for a bottle of vodka, that is, 25 percent more than at the beginning of the year. Locally produced table wines rose 36.5 percent and cigarettes 23.4 percent.
In addition to vodka and cigarettes, food prices soared, according to the State Statistics Service.
