On November 11, 2022, a pensioner came to the service unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city and began to insult the employees. The head of the guard unit tried to find out the reasons for her aggressive behavior, but the woman kept cursing.
They began to lift an administrative protocol against him, then the defendant in the case kicked the police officers.
“The beatings inflicted on the police officers did not harm their health, but the public danger of the woman’s actions was an intrusion into the official activities of the police,” reports the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of RF for Buryatia.
As the defendant was hiding from the investigation, she was placed under house arrest. During the investigation of the criminal case, the woman demanded that the USSR Foreign Minister be summoned. She denies the existence of the Russian Federation and continues to use a Soviet passport.
The case was referred to the prosecutor’s office for subsequent referral to court.
