“There was an explosion and the house where I live shook violently. I thought something had exploded in the house,” recalls RG’s interlocutor. “I ran out onto the balcony and saw clouds of smoke in the boiler room. Now specialists are working on the point.”
Following the incident, emergency services began to arrive very quickly. The first ambulance arrived at the scene within three minutes, Marina Livanova added.
As RG has already written, an explosion at a pumping station on Izobilnaya Street killed two people.
