Insurers entered 4.65% more for premiums during the year 2022

The income of Spanish insurers from premiums at the end of 2022 registered growth of 4.65% in year-on-year terms, to 64,673 million euros, according to provisional data collected by Investigación Cooperativa de Entidades Aseguradoras. Of the total turnover, 40,240 million correspond to the life branch, while the remaining 24,433 million euros to life. Insurance leaves the pandemic behind with an increase of 0.8% compared to 2019.
