Joseph Prigogine made a threatening statement. The husband of singer Valeria suggested that artists who performed in bad conditions should be expelled.
Joseph Prigogine has backed the proposal to ban artists from performing while intoxicated. According to the producer, the madness must end.
“It is important that the artist shows respect for the public. If the artist cannot perform a concert and is under some kind of doping, he cannot do anything… I would punish them, I would deprive them of their profession. I would like to say enough, I believe that the stage is for normal people, for professionals,” roared the husband of the singer Valeria.

He urged people to follow the example of Soviet pop stars who did not allow themselves to indulge in bacchanalian revelry on stage. “Remember Sofia Rotaru, take Alla Pugacheva. The temperature was 39 degrees, people went on stage, sang and drank alcohol? We must be aware,” Gazeta.Ru quotes him as saying.
Joseph noted that the important task now is to educate a sober society and not to promote drugs, alcohol, etc. “People in the audience should be carriers of culture. At one time they were allowed to show their bodies, now they usually show all their guts, showing their stupidity. Freedom is not permissiveness, freedom is not rudeness and it is not a reason to allow yourself anything. This is anarchy and someone has to stop it,” the artist concluded.
Earlier, State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev proposed checking artists for alcohol and drugs before going on stage and banning them from performing in a state of insanity.
