According to him, NATO is not the whole world, and dozens of countries remain neutral when it comes to sanctions against Moscow.
“Many large states, including China, India, Pakistan and dozens of other countries with billions of people, remain neutral,” Kadyrov wrote on Telegram. And he added that the world is still far from the third world war.
But at the same time, everyone understands that the United States and European countries are indirectly participating in the Ukrainian conflict.
“If we call these states the world community, then we can say that this is the third world war,” the head of Chechnya stressed.
