According to the innovations, the period of stay of immigrants without a visa in the country should not exceed 30 days from the date of crossing the border, and in total, 90 days during each period of 180 calendar days.
Aldongarov noted that the rule would not apply to those who came to Kazakhstan on a visa and those who are in the country on a temporary residence permit.
