The crime was discovered by the police of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where the Kemerovo woman implemented the scheme of her scam step by step, they said at the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to law enforcement officers, the convicted 31-year-old Siberian woman informed the Achinsk registry office that she had given birth to two girls at home. This information was confirmed by the woman with false testimonies. Subsequently, she deceived the Pension Fund by presenting false documents there.
Having received the certificate she needed, the repeat offender cheated again, drawing up a contract for the purchase of housing from a relative in order to collect the capital from the mother. So she “earned” more than 450 thousand rubles.
The fraudster was discovered, arrested and taken into custody.
The criminal case was sent to the Achinsk city court.
