The 37-year-old defendant, being the CEO of a limited liability company, entered into government contracts with one of the state institutions. He was supposed to conduct tests on the biochemical composition of water and air in the areas of the Pokrovka, Nizhneleninskoye and Amurzet border crossings.
The investigation believes that the defendant, by participating in electronic auctions, deliberately underestimated the cost of his services, because in reality he was not going to perform them. Due to the affordable price, he constantly won bids.
The man printed minutes with the results of investigations supposedly carried out, put fake stamps of real-life companies and fake signatures of experts. I sent fictitious documents to the client and received the payment. Thus, he “earned” almost two million rubles.
“During the investigation, the defendant fully compensated the injured party for the damage caused,” said the UT press service of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Far Eastern Federal District.
The criminal case has been sent to the courts.
