– And today Vladimir Putin referred to the election results…
– To the voters.
– Yes, to the citizens of Russia, to the voters. And you have this wonderful sentence there: “Each candidate had his own approach to solving specific problems. “We will definitely use all constructive proposals, all ideas that have resonated with voters in our common work in the interests of the country’s development.”
– During the election campaign, I repeatedly said: whoever wins the presidential election will simply be obliged to take into account the evolution of the program, the evolution of all presidential candidates, regardless of their political party. Because there will not be just individual voices, but there will be millions of voices.
And so it happened.
– What points of Nikolai Kharitonov’s program could, in your opinion, be used, in the words of the President, in “common work”?
– My program is not the invention of a single person, nor personal. This is a program that was developed in the regions, taking into account the opinions of partisan and non-partisan citizens. And then it was drawn up in the center and then approved by the Presidium, Plenum and Congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
And they had already approved both the program and me as a candidate. And that’s why everything turned out very well, both in the soul and in the heart. It is no coincidence that more than 3 million voters voted for our program.
And the president is now acting quite rightly: to consolidate the partnership it is certainly necessary to take into account all the wishes and the evolution of the candidates’ programs, including ours.
– By the way, how was your meeting with Vladimir Putin immediately after the elections?
– When the three candidates met in the Kremlin, I was the first to speak.
And I just started talking specifically about the social issues that concern people today.
On January 15, we made a trip to the Khabarovsk Territory, a meeting with students. And then the question arose: a mortgage for an apartment. Everyone accepted my idea on this matter.
– What is the point?
– I said then: despite everything, despite everything, in Soviet times an apartment was given to a university graduate, to those who came to work. And today, at a minimum, it is necessary to introduce an interest-free loan, a mortgage for the first apartment, for the first 20 years. And we probably need to find that opportunity. This idea of mine was taken up.
Today the mortgage debt amounts to 11 billion.
And I’m thinking: if the federal center cancels part of the region’s credit debts, why doesn’t at least a couple with 1 or 2 children also cancel two thirds?
– He also proposed reviewing the salaries of teachers and health personnel…
– Yes, I think that the salaries of teachers and health personnel should be at the same level; representatives of these professions in Moscow should not receive more than their colleagues in other regions.
And then when the president and I sat at the table and talked for a long time, and then when we had a face-to-face conversation, we discussed a lot of social issues.
And I also gave three letters to Vladimir Vladimirovich.
– I wonder what topics?
– On the development of the agro-industrial complex and the rural environment in general. Because the rural territory is “deserted”, there are no collective farms, state farms, well, it seems like a private investor. And let’s be honest, and I spoke about this out loud to Vladimir Vladimirovich, we don’t have dairy cows, but we need whole milk.
Whole milk is vitamin C. Vitamin C is our bones. So when all kinds of cases happen, you fall: a broken arm, a broken leg, a hip, there are cases where they break. And because? Without calcium. We must eat at least 100 grams of cottage cheese every day in the morning from normal natural milk if we want to be healthy and strong.
That is why the president supported all the questions in the conversation.
I also said: and hurry up with your pension. (We are talking about increasing the retirement age. – AG) Because, to be honest, practically grandparents always supported young people, retired and helped in the village or in the city. And today we ourselves have to count on 65 years and 60.
That is to say, the president listened carefully to all social issues, issues of social justice, and it is no coincidence that this is his appeal to today’s citizens.
– And he hopes that the president will take into account some of his proposals.
– And the ministers already speak in our, my language… Life forces us, social justice must triumph. Little by little, step by step, but we have to get back to this.
