The legal battles between Philip Kirkorov and Lyubov Uspenskaya are gaining momentum. We remind you:
The King of Pop filed a lawsuit against his colleague, offended by her interview on the show “Alena, Damn it.” And it happened like this: the singer, with whom Kirkorov had been friends for several decades, suddenly called him a “misogynist.” The artist was offended and said: How is it possible that he was giving Uspenskaya exclusive gifts and suddenly such a blow?
Uspenskaya, in response, also filed a lawsuit against Kirkorov. Allegedly, in an interview with Oleg Pilyagin, Philip Kirkorov called her a “beggar.” But this lawsuit was later withdrawn by the court. Now Uspenskaya has again turned to the court with a second lawsuit. However, according to lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky, who represents the interests of Philip Kirkorov, the artist ignored another lawsuit of the chanson star.
“Philip Kirkorov did not contact me about Lyuba Uspenskaya’s claim,” Alexander Dobrovinsky told KP.RU. – However, it seems to me that the lawsuit around the word “beggar” is doomed to failure due to the latest developments. Recently, Uspenskaya’s lawyer suddenly demanded compensation for herself and her client (we are talking about the scandal around Lyubov Uspenskaya’s unpublished interview with Laura Dzhugelia-Ed.), which she personally confirmed publicly, “against the wall” with her own recording – said lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky excitedly.
Apparently, Kirkorov’s side is hinting at Uspenskaya’s recent battles with journalists.
As KP has already written, another “fuss” has arisen over the singer’s conversation with presenter Laura Dzhugelia.
According to the Dzhugeliya film crew, Lyubov herself initiated an interview with the journalist, said a lot of negative things about her colleagues (including Kirkorov), and when Laura slightly adjusted the conversation, removing the artist’s obscene remarks, Uspenskaya got angry. Like, publish the interview without cuts. As a result, they decided not to stage the show at all, which apparently angered the singer even more. Now Lyubov Uspenskaya is demanding up to a million rubles from the journalist for the time spent on the interview. Her lawyer Elena Senina also made financial demands on the journalist.
