Why did you decide to participate in Kit Digital?
Among other needs, to strengthen the relationship management system with our clients. We chose to participate in this program to digitize those processes. The first thing was to detect the shortcomings that we have and look at other systems and at other entities that are doing it better.
How has the digital voucher application process been?
The process to request the bonus is very simple because they guide you through the platform. It doesn’t have any difficulties. From there, we can use to find a digitizing agent and hire their services to implement the technological solution we need.

What kind of digital solutions have you implemented?
In our case, the digital solutions that we prioritized were installed a system that centralizes information from different areas of the company, such as inventory control, customer relations or accounting. We also wanted everything to be linked, instead of having different programs that are not connected to each other.
What assessment do you make of Digital Kit?
We are very satisfied and we are seeing the changes. Digital Kit is going to make our day-to-day life much easier, it will help us control processes and data, but above all it will help us not to lose information.

Kit Digital is an initiative of the Government of Spain, managed by Red.es, an entity attached to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation through the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence, which aims to promote the digital transformation of small companies, micro-enterprises and freelancers with less than 50 employees.
It is financed by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and has a budget of 3,067 million euros through NextGenerationEU funds. It has the Spanish Chamber of Commerce as a collaborating entity.
Red.es has opened in record time three calls for the Program that currently coexist in parallel. In these months, around 670 million euros have already reached small Spanish companies and freelancers. In addition, under the slogan ‘zero paperwork’ and thanks to robotization tools, it has been possible to reduce the processing time of a file from three media hours to three minutes.
