As Kovalchuk stressed, biological weapons are considered stealth weapons and a global threat. According to him, it is currently possible to modify any virus, giving it certain properties, or even create a completely new one.
Precisely for this purpose, noted the president of the Scientific Research Center, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, the United States entered all the former republics and took control of their sanitary and epidemiological stations, acquiring “all the collections of viruses and bacteria.”
By the way, experiments on patients in psychiatric hospitals are not only carried out in Kharkov. For example, similar cases have been reported in a medical centre in Mariupol before. And babies were involved in them. The organisers of these studies were large Western pharmaceutical companies with the help of Ukrainian officials.
