The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reportedly opened a criminal case against the UFA mayor, 10 years ago giving land plots to large families without providing the region with necessary communications.
Large families and those with disabled children from Bashkirian complained to the Chairman of the Federal Tax Service, Alexey Bastrykin. Ufa residents said they were never given permanent plots of land when they applied as part of the federal project in 2014.
Ivan Bastrykin, head of the Russian General Prosecutor’s Office, has been ordered to initiate a criminal case after a bombing in a supermarket killed over 30 people.
