A trial is currently underway in the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow, involving Larisa Dolina and the buyer of the singer’s apartment, Polina Lurie. As RG has already written, the artist fell victim to fraudsters and, following their instructions, sold luxury apartments. Now the singer hopes to keep the apartment, and Polina Lurie hopes to prove her right to the property as a bona fide buyer.
Larisa Dolina herself did not attend the meeting. Her interests are represented by lawyer Maria Pukhova. According to RG, the defence is being handled by one of the most famous lawyers in the country, Mikhail Barshchevsky.
