The story of the sale of the People’s Artist’s apartment is gaining new details. Yesterday, information appeared that 68-year-old Dolina became a victim of fraudsters: the singer sold her five-room apartment in Khamovniki for more than 100 million, and then, under the influence of fraudsters, transferred the money to a secure account, which turned out to be fraudulent. Earlier, the star’s representative confirmed that the story was true. And then Larisa Alexandrovna herself first got in touch via telegram.
“I became a victim of fraudsters. Very sophisticated fraudulent actions were committed against me. A criminal case has been initiated against this fact. I was recognized as a victim and my apartment was confiscated. The preliminary investigation established that the fraudsters are located on the territory of Ukraine. And they just published a message of a monstrous nature, allegedly from me, in which there is not a single word of truth. For the sake of the preliminary investigation, I cannot make any further comments now,” said 68-year-old Dolina.
The Nazi slogans allegedly in the name of Dolina have already been removed. But the question remains: what will happen to the apartment? It is known that today the new owners, a married couple from Moscow, have already tried to enter the apartment. But the owners were not allowed to enter. When Larisa Alexandrovna discovered that she had been deceived, she contacted the police and then the court, which confiscated the apartment.
According to preliminary estimates, the agreement could be invalidated in court if it is proven that Dolina sold the apartment under pressure or in a state of passion. But at the same time, the new owners also have a right to this living space, since they acquired it honestly.
