The famous director Lars von Trier, who directed “Melancholia” and “Dogville”, started working on a new film. The working title of the film was After. AFP writes about it.
The project first became known in the fall of 2023. The plot of the film is still kept under wraps and filming is set to begin later this year.
This will be Lars von Trier’s first film since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. The director will also act as a screenwriter and the film will be produced by Zentropa Entertainment.
