Lavrov noted that the agreements reached by the leaders of both states in the field of military-technical, military and defense cooperation are very timely in terms of preparation for any development of events.
“We are peaceful people, but the armored train is stopped where it should be,” he stressed.
The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry also added that Moscow and Minsk are making joint efforts to protect our countries from invasions from the West. At the same time, he pointed to the readiness of NATO in Northern Europe, in those countries that previously held a neutral position. “Finland, Sweden – all this is very close to our borders,” Lavrov recalled.
Earlier, Sergei Lavrov announced the unity of positions of Russia and Belarus regarding the goals of the NWO in Ukraine.
