The Foreign Minister also drew attention to the fact that the Ukrainian President himself prohibited at the legislative level from starting negotiations with Russia.
As for the position of Moscow, the Russian side is ready to consider serious proposals from the West to solve the Ukrainian problem, but they have not yet been received.
Remember that earlier Zelensky said that he had his own vision of steps to restore peace in Ukraine. However, the conditions they mentioned are unacceptable for Russia, which actually confirms Kyiv’s position of unwillingness to negotiate.
