In the Group B match in Khimki, the home team hosted Lokomotiv. The first half ended goalless and there were no signs that the teams would present the crowd with six goals after the break.
Lokomotiv opened the scoring in the 48th minute after a shot by Timur Suleymanov. Moscow newcomer Cesar Montes soon scored the second goal. After that, Sergei Pinyaev scored a brace and then Suleymanov scored his second goal in the match.
Only at the end of the match Zelimkhan Bakaev was able to break the score to 5:1.
Lokomotiv won the fourth match of the group and scored 12 points, guaranteeing passage to the next round of the tournament. Rostov is in second place in the group with 9 points, Khimki has 3.
