In the past year, we worked together on 324 applications, mostly there was a positive trend,” Maria Lvova-Belova wrote on her Telegram channel.
He also thanked the bailiffs for doing everything they could to collect alimony. So, in Nefteyugansk, after a long process, the applicant was paid more than 900 thousand rubles of debt to the Institute of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights.
The bailiffs help families with many children: loan debtors who have applied for microfinance loans. “It is important that the forced cancellation of the debt is not done with social payments, even for children. After all, these funds are protected by law,” said the child’s advocate. But the biggest and most massive work is to resolve family disputes, determine the place of residence of the child, communicate with him. In ten years, the number of requests on these topics has multiplied by five.
“Our priority remains to support pre-trial resolution of parental disputes to make it easier for bailiffs to work and for families to come to an understanding without harming children,” concluded Maria Lvova-Belova.
