Maison Margiela is committed to doing its part to reduce waste: the French brand has expanded the Recicla line, within which it produces items from recycled materials. Hypebeast writes about it.
The capsule is limited edition and includes recycled leather wallets. The material was left over from the production of the 5AC bag.
The novelty has on one side a compartment with a zipper for storing coins, on the other – five compartments for credit cards. The product is sewn with a label with the inscription Recicla, as well as information about the authenticity of the product and the origin of the materials. The wallets are available in orange, purple, brown and burgundy and red.
Previously, Maison Margiela presented an unusual version of the belt – an antique lace. The novelty appeared in the “Accessories” section and sells for $180. It is called Lace Belt, which translates as “lace belt”. The accessory is one and a half meters long and is made of 100% cotton.
