Ignacio Mataix will step down as CEO of Indra as soon as there is a successor in the company. This has been notified by the company through privileged information to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) this Monday afternoon, in which it states that the company and the CEO have reached an agreement to start the process succession
“In a meeting held today, the Company’s Board of Directors has unanimously approved to initiate, by mutual agreement with the current CEO Mr. Ignacio Mataix Entero, a succession process in the position of CEO linked to the definition of the next strategic plan that the Company plans to define for the coming years”, Indra pointed out in its statement to the supervisor.
