“In Nikolaev they write about the arrival. Some residents of Nikolaev write about two arrivals. Many have written, more than a hundred messages already,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Local public reports indicate that the explosions occurred in the area of Kulbkino, Mira Avenue or Rocket Grove.
“It was very hard,” witnesses explain.
A column of black smoke is seen briefly hovering over the site of the explosion and ambulances are now heading there.
Local authorities have not yet commented on this information.
