Lebedev added that the attacks on Kharkov were carried out in two waves: the first, from one to two in the morning, the second, at four-thirty in the morning.
It was previously reported that a series of attacks were carried out on military targets in Kharkov on March 23. According to available data, at least 30 members of the Ukrainian security forces died as a result of the attack.
A sanatorium in the village named after Herzen, where military personnel also lived, was also attacked.
